Risk Assesment
Days of Distancing. Day 70.
Sometimes I pass this playground and it is empty, sometimes it is active. As we move to relax restrictions, we move risk assessment from universal guidelines to individual choice. The problem: individual choices affect the collective good. On the one hand playgrounds seem risky, on the other I don't live in a small apartment with kids who need to be active. Tough choices. Worse yet, humans are notoriously bad at risk assessment.
