Rage
Days of Distancing. Day 68.
Made a trip to grocery store yesterday.
Kathy checked me out.
I don’t know what life circumstances brought her to work here, balancing her health with the need for money. But I’m sure she would rather be at home playing with her grandkids instead of risking her safety in the middle of a pandemic for a job that doesn’t pay her what she is worth.
It didn’t have to be like this.
I am filled with rage . . . you should be to.
